It's official, Lamborghini has finally took the covers off their highly anticipated Super SUV, dubbed the Urus. After years of teasing after their announced concept, the production model hasn't deviated too much - in terms of design.

Speaking of design, let's see what Lamborghini has prepared for our eyes - first thing you will notice, is the supercar proportions, "2/3 body, 1/3 window", similar to what you can see on the Aventador or Huracan. Being a Lamborghini, you can expect the angular design language, which expresses all sorts of aggressivity, combined to a low roof line makes us think of a sleek coupe. While the front make us think it will swallow everything that even dares to cross the street, the rear isn't very tame either, as the rear diffuser reminds of the Lamborghini race cars.

Moving inside, luxury hits, that, with a spice of sportiness imbued on all other models in the lineup, with multiple hexagonal inserts and trims. A large, central display capable of sat-nav, music controls, Apple or Android pairing capabilities, as well as the option to control the 1700W speaker system, courtesy of Bang&Olufsen. The central console has touch-sensitive controls and numerous other controls for adjusting mostly everything inside the car.

Performance wise, the Urus is being pushed by a 4.0 litre twin-turbo V8, capable of a power output of 641HP and 850NM torque, hooked to an 8-speed, electro-hydraulic automatic gearbox and it's capable of launching the car to 100km.h in 3.6s, to 200km.h in 12.8s, while topping out at 306km.h. Lamborghini says that a plug-in hybrid will be available later.

If you plan to buy one, prices start from $200,000 in the US (£131,500 UK / €171,429 Europe ) and it's planned to be delivered in Spring of 2018.
