2011 - December Chop of the Month

First, Happy New Year choppers! I can't believe that I actually write the last CoM entry for 2011. It was just a while ago since we started awarding the best choppers and it seems that the monthly wrap-up is popular.
So, here we go! Although December is considered a short work month, with all the Holidays time and lack of mood of chopping, our users really impressed us with some quality works.

I won't bore you with jibberish, instead I'll let you and the features alone!

Streets Chopper - NTO

Q: Do you remember what got you to PS-Garage?
A: The only Automotive Virtual tuning community i could on the internet after Digimods closed.
Q: Where do you find inspiration for your works?
A: Through my love of Dropped and modified cars.
Q: Any 2012 plans, regarding improving or chopping?
A: Try spend more time photoshopping to improve my quality of work.

Q: Do you remember what got you to PS-Garage?
A: Oh yes, I remember when I first found PS-G, it was 5 years ago. I got interested in digital car designing by a local magazine, and then wanted to learn it of course. I searched for tutorials, and found PS-G, after a few months of learning, reading, chopping, I got used to PS-G, and decided to stay. Best decision ever.
Q: What's your opinion towards negative comments?
A: Negative comment, for me, is usually the same value as positive comment. It may help you to see where did you went wrong, and it could be a high motivator to do better. I appreciate any help I get, that's why I post every single thing I make in PS. Help from other members made me a better chopper.
Q: Any plans for 2012?
A: In 2012, my plans, for now, are to still keep improving. Make more artwork, of course, and to help PS-G in every way to grow and expand, just to show everyone how good place it is to improve your skills, show off your work and more.

Advanced CarShow Chopper - ATC-Design

Q: You did a fine piece of work back in December, was it appreciated?
A: I think so - some seem less impressed than others, perhaps suggesting that it lacked atmosphere and the artistic flare of many chops, but that's just my style - I aim for realism. On the whole though it seemed to get a positive response, from both choppers and non-choppers alike.
Q: Did you encountered any "pain in the ass" part along the project? What was it?
A: The whole chop perhaps? Must have been working on it on and off for over three months. I lost a lot of motivation at one point, but managed to get things back on track with a new set of rims. The main pain was working out how things should reflect, and stopping large block colours looking fake. Just the whole metallic brown thing was quite a struggle - but it was worth the effort.
Q: Any plans for 2012?
A: Bigger and more extreme designs hopefully, coupled with even more photorealism. Also hoping to get my facebook page more active. It all depends on how much time I get really - a lot of school work on now.

Thanks alot for the answers guys!
